By booking services with TwoFresh Cleaners, you agree to the following terms. All services are
subject to availability. Final pricing may be adjusted if property condition differs from the description
provided at booking.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for
large jobs, hoarding situations, emergency cleanings, or specialty services. Cancellations made
within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
Clients must provide safe access to the property, including running water and electricity. TwoFresh
Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe. Claims for
damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
